This is beyond our control. On the evening of 23 March we got an email informing us that CourierPost was lowering their size limit from 1.8m to 1.5m, effective the next day! One of the major impacts will be shipments of our 1.8m cat climbing posts, which will now have to be sent via Aramex which does not serve RD addresses.
Here’s what this means for the various items we sell:
Small components, such as fittings for Oscillot systems, will continue to be shipped via CourierPost to all addresses.
Climbing posts up to 1.5m tall will continue to be shipped via CourierPost to all addresses.
Climbing posts over 1.5m tall will now be shipped via Aramex, and require a non-RD address. If you must have it shipped to an RD address, please contact us first and we will get a quote from a trucking company (it will be expensive).
Oscillot cat fence kits from 2m to 12m will ordinarily be shipped via Aramex, and require a non-RD address. If you must have it shipped to an RD address, please contact us first and we will get a quote from a trucking company (it will be expensive).
Oscillot cat fence kits from 14m to 100m will continue to be shipped via a trucking company. Because these exceed $750 purchase price, we pay the shipping and will continue to send to all addresses.
Purrfect Fence Standard Height kits will be shipped via CourierPost to all addresses.
Purrfect Fence Low Height kits AND Free-Standing fences will ordinarily be sent by Aramex and require a non-RD address. If you must have it shipped to an RD address, please contact us first and we will get a quote from a trucking company (it will be expensive).
In all cases, if you are unsure, please contact us first so we can determine your shipping requirements.
Thanks for your understanding.
